Human centred
design. For real

There are projects and projects out there. Sometimes you do things because work is being responsible and, other times, you realize how amazingly lucky you are to be able to create and give life to such ideas and brands. This last situation was what happened when SkyClinic, a physiotherapy clinic in Saudi Arabia that is focused on rehabilitation programmes for children, from newborns to 17 year old youngsters, came up to Momento to ask us to help them establish their brand strategy and design. It was one of those moment(o)s in which you are really thankful to do what you do.

The aim was to craft a global strategy and visual identity project for SkyClinic, positioning the brand, pinpointing the values, identifying the target audience through an extensive segmentation and building the personality of the clinic. This was our soft spot, for the very mindset of the centre was already so inspiring; they treated their patients as little heroes, as brave fighters with whom they bonded for very long periods of time. We took this idea and based the whole brand identity and design in a mix of empathy, storytelling and professional approach to healthcare. The art direction emanated the same energy, as well as the tone of voice and copywriting.

The global communication, web design and social media content strategies and creation focused on the stories of the children that were under treatment or had already recovered from different pathologies. The inclusive side of the project was also highlighted on the different channels. It was definitely a project to change things in the Saudi society.

You’re here for a reason.
Let’s talk about it.
